We want you to love your Vexor Nix purchase! Most of our items are covered by a 30-day refund policy. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us for Authorization: Please email us at support@vexornix.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. This number should be written on the return shipping label.
- Condition of Return: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be faulty or damaged; we do not accept returns due to a change of mind.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
- Several items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases
- Gift cards, downloadable software, health/personal care items, and any opened media (CDs, DVDs, etc.)
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery or not in its original condition due to customer error
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within several business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- First, check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider; processing times may vary.
- If still unresolved, please reach out to us at support@vexornix.com.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange request, please email us at support@vexornix.com and send your item to the return address provided in our response.
